Craft Fair Rescheduled Date

The PTO Craft Fair has been rescheduled for November 13th, 2009. The new hours will be from 6-9pm. We realized that we have decreased the time of exposure and have lowered the cost of renting a space. It will be $10 for a space and vendors are required to bring a $10 gift for the raffle drawing.


The fair is scheduled the same night as the PTO Family Movie Night so this will bring in definite customers. The vendors will be set up along the hallways just outside the cafeteria. The parents can browse while their kids watch the movie.

BOOK FAIR

The Book Fair went great this year. Having it in a seperate room worked out well. The children were able to have their library time and visit the Book Fair.


Thank you to all the Book Fair volunteers. Your time and help is greatly appreciated. We could not have done it without you.

Attractions Coupon Books

Attractions Coupon Book and any money from sold books was due back Sept. 17, 2009. Please return any unsold book or monies for sold books to your child's teacher as soon as possible. Thank you.

Craft Fair Postponed

We just want to let everyone know that the Craft Fair scheduled for September 26th, 2009 has been postponed. If you have any questions, please contact info@shepherdpto.com.

Curriculum Night

This year Shepherd will have their Curriculum Nights on 9/15 for grades K-2 and 9/17 for grades 3-5 from 6:30pm-7:30pm. What a great opportunity to catch up on what has been happening the first few weeks of school and ask any questions you may have for your teacher.

The Book Fair will also be open these two nights from 4:30pm-6:30pm. This would be a great chance for you to come with your child if you are unable to during school hours. This year it is being held in Room 120 right across from the Media Center.

SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR

Please join us at Shepherd for the Scholastic Book Fair. You'll have the opportunity to purchase books, posters, pencils, and many more goodies. Books are wonderful for your child to have at home, and Shepherd gets to keep part of the profits.

Where: Room 120 across from the Media Center

When: Tuesday, Sept. 15th and Thursday, Sept. 17th during Curriculum Night from 4:30- 6:30pm.

Monday, Sept. 21st -Friday, Sept. 25th.

Additional Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Sept., 22-Sept., 24) 7:10-7:30am.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Sept., 23-Sept., 25) 2:15-3:00pm.

We can only take cash and credit cards during this sale.

CRAFT FAIR

Coming this Fall, Shepherd's first Craft Fair! Come and support our local crafts-people and vendors! The Fair will be held at Shepherd's new gym from 10-4pm on September 26th. Lunch items and snacks will be on sale and there will be a FREE jumping castle for kids. If you are crafty, own your own business, or want to start a business this would be a great opportunity to show your products!
