Zootastic Park

Come out and see what the buzz is about. Zootastic is filled with Christmas lights and it seems that Santa is visiting every night. Take the family out and drive through 2 miles of lights, then stop by the Candy shop and petting zoo.

What a great way to spend your evening and better yet, it's just right around the corner!

Christmas Express is Coming

Gingerbread house kits have been given to classrooms, jingle bells are ringing, we're rockin around the Christmas Tree..."yes", already! Christmas Express is coming on Friday, December 4th from 6-9pm. This is a great night for everyone to jump start their Christmas Spirit.

Come at 5:30pm and start the evening of festivities by listening to our 3rd graders singing Christmas songs in our old gym and after that head on out to the Christmas Express.

We will be hosting crafts in our 4th and 5th grade classrooms. Some crafts are FREE and nothing over $5. We are also going to have our popular Karaoke room and our Musical Chairs Room. The classrooms will be featuring their Gingerbread houses in the cafeteria to compete in our categories of most popular, most original, and best design. We will also be selling dinner and snacks in the cafeteria. Don't forget to stop by the library where Santa will be visiting, TSS photagraphy will be taking pictures which will be available for purchase that evening.

Volunteers needed for New Courtyard Garden

Come join us Saturday, Nov. 14th at 8am. We will be putting in our new courtyard garden located between the library and new wing. We are going to need all kinds of help from planting flowers, shrubs, trees, laying pavers, and setting benches. We will definitely need the help of some strong men, so Dad's please come out and help keep Shepherd looking great!

Family Movie Night and Craft Fair

Come join us Friday the 13th for our Family Movie Night. We will be showing Disney's movie UP in the cafeteria. Admission is FREE for everyone. We will be selling Pizza, drinks, popcorn, candy, and we will also have a slushy machine! We will also be selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a webkinz and other prices. The movie will start at 7pm but doors will open at 6pm. Come early so you have a chance to browse the booths set up in the hallway for the craft fair. Vendors we will have include; Tastefully Simple, Premier Jewelry, Mary Kay, Chic Boutique (handbags, wallets), Bottle Neck (girl's magnetice bottle cap necklaces) and the Friendly Frog customized gifts.

Children don't forget to bring your blankets and pillows and parents feel free to bring your comfortable chair. In order to provide adequate supervision, we ask that all children be accompanied by and adult.
